 NetEquity Capital is the venture front end and administrative back end for private technology start-ups, thereby relieving them of all the associated tasks outside of Internet applications development.

The primary investment vehicle has been two VCCs, incorporated under the BC Small Business Venture Capital Act, and administered by the Equity Capital Branch of the Ministry of Industry, Trade & Tourism. The Company has also used a Limited Partnership as well as marketing Bonds. The TSX Venture Exchange company was created as the exit for the principal private technology development company.

Administrative services include the sharing of office space, telephones, supplies procurement and technical staff.
